Examples | Contact VirginiaOur lead designer, Virginia Kennedy (MA), studied art and garden design for five years and has been working in this capacity since 1986.
In conjunction with Terra Firma Landscapes, Virginia designed a courtyard garden for the Chelsea Flower Show that was awarded a Silver-Gilt Medal in 1998. In addition,Virginia was project manager for ‘Charlie’s Garden Army’ on BBC television in 1999 which also used members of the Terra Firma Landscapes team.
Her own garden, constructed by Terra Firma, has been featured in the RHS journal ‘The Garden’ and attracts many visitors each year for the National Garden Scheme.
Each garden Virginia designs is closely aligned to the
client brief, but is enhanced by original layouts and a
thorough knowledge of plants.
